Community Integration Coordinators (CICs) work with local agencies to help connect Veterans to services in their area. Every community offers different resources. As a sponsor, knowing what’s available helps you guide your Service Member more effectively.

M2VA (Military to VA) Care Coordinators assist Post-9/11 Veterans transitioning to civilian life by connecting them to:

Offering support with reintegration, including physical and mental health needs
Coordinating care for polytrauma, rehab, mental health, and family benefits

There is an LGBTQ+ Veteran Care Coordinator (LGBTQ+ VCC) in every VA health care system to help you get the care you need. The LGBTQ+ VCC can help with:

Advocating for your right to quality, affirming health care
Handling complaints or concerns related to your treatment
Assisting with getting started and connecting to LGBTQ+ Veteran services
